Have you tried every possible way to get slim but nothing works? I can understand your situation as this was my situation also few months back. Dieting, work outs, yoga and what’s not, I tried every bloody thing to get slim but got no result. We human want fast and quick result of everything and if we don’t get result fast, we start losing hope. If you seriously want to get slim then have patience because you can’t get slim overnight.
- Exercise daily: When I was fat my mom pushed me for morning walk. And I must say it is the best workout. Walk daily for atleast 30 minutes, it will not only make you slim but also make your skin glow.
- Eat fruits: Instead of eating oily food you better eat fruits when feeling hungry. Fruits are very good for health.
- Drink lots of water: Drink atleast 8 glass of water daily.
- Eat slowly: If you eat fast you will gain weight so eat slowly.
- Gap between meals: Between every meal give atleast 3 hours of gap.
- Never eat just before sleep: Eat atleast 3 hour before you sleep.
