11 steps to get a perfect & sexy body


Do you stand in front of mirror and wish for a perfectly shaped body? Or do you think it would have been great if you have figure like Katrina. It is very well possible to get a figure like this only little hard work is required. It’s your body and you have to decide how you want it to be. If you want it to be perfect then do what is required. You don’t need to do drastic changes in your lifestyle to get a perfect body. Only healthy eating and workout is the way to go. Here are the tips to get a perfect body:



Burn more calories than you eat: This is the main reason why people can’t reduce weight. They eat more that they burn. If you are working out it does not mean you can eat anything. You still need to eat healthy food. If you are working out 30 minutes and eating cakes burger, pastries then you are not going to lose weight. To get perfect body you need to burn more calories than you eat in whole day.





Workout like crazy: To get perfectly shaped body you need to workout. Without workout you can’t achieve the desired body. Take time and do some physical activity. Go for walk, jogging, swimming, cycling. Do whatever you love doing but DO IT.



Eat protein rich food: Protein rich food is not only good for health but it keeps you full for longer period.It also helps you in gaining muscles.



A healthy diet is the key: Make a list of what you have been eating up till now and check was it healthy? If it was not then plan complete new health diets chart. Include lots of fruits, whole grain and vegetables in your diet. To workout you also need to increase your metabolism rate. So carbs and proteins are necessary.



Watch videos for proper exercise: Watch videos on YouTube to learn new exercises. Don’t go for high intensity cardio or strength training in the beginning. Try yoga.

Be consistent: Consistency in workout is very important. If you look for excuses every time then it will be harder to get perfect body. Skipping workout session once in a week is ok but if you make it a routine then you are not going to lose weight.



Don’t go to gym if you are not comfortable: Most people are just not comfortable going to gym either because of money or because of environment. You can exercise at home and still lose weight. In gym you have to workout in front of so many people so you may feel uncomfortable. The main point is to workout wherever you are comfortable.



Make workout a part of you: Do any workout that you will enjoy otherwise you won’t be able to stick to that in long term. Also make it a part of you so you don’t need to do it forcefully.



Don’t become obsessed with only one type of food: I have seen many people sticking to only one way of eating i.e only low fat foods. This is wrong as it leads to depression. If you are feel like eating chocolate then go have it. It won’t kill you. But moderation is the key. Enjoy your food, don’t eat forcefully.



Buy clothes smaller than your size: Go shopping and buy clothes in which you want to get fit  Or buy some really expensive dress that you always wanted to buy. When you see this dress in front of you will work harder to fit in to it. It’s really motivates you to achieve your goal.
