Summer is the season to eat yummy ice cream, pastries and other foods that is high in calories. It is also the season of weeding, picnics and beaches. You want to great in your bikini suit but it does not fit you anymore because you have put on weight. Going to gym 5 days a week does not make you slim until you watch your diet. Here are the tips to avoid summer weight gain:
Avoid liquid fat: In summer your body crave for all liquid things like cold drink, soda, juices, wine, cocktail that are high in calories. You don’t realize how much calories you drink in a day. Even the drinks that are labelled with low calories are actually contains more calories. So drink water, lime juice or other home-made juices.
Stay active: Do any physical activity be it walk, swimming, running and sweat it out.
Avoid eating unhealthy food on outdoor venues: When you go out for picnic, beach party you main focus is on food and drinks. Avoid eating high calories food.
Avoid late night munching: Since days are long in summer that means you will sleep later and then you carve for food at late night. This is the main reason of gaining weight. So completely avoid eating at late night.
Eat seasonal fruits: Eat seasonal fruits like mangoes, pine apple, banana to beat the heat. These fruits also keep your body cool.
Don’t be lazy: Most of you might not be in a mood of working out in scorching heat. Then workout at home. You can do yoga, skipping and running on treadmill.
