One of the biggest reasons why so many people can’t reduce weight is low metabolism. Metabolism is the rate at which you can convert your calories in to energy. If your metabolism is low, you will feel tired and exhausted all the time. And it will become difficult to lose weight. So first improve your metabolism by taking proper diet and work outs.
- Never skip breakfast: People sometime skip breakfast for many reasons like hectic schedule, for losing weight, lack of hunger etc. But this is not a good habit as it slow down your metabolism and put you on starvation mode. So eat proper breakfast with lots of fruits.
- Workout: As you become older metabolism tend to decrease. But you can boost your metabolism rate by doing workouts like walking, jogging or any exercise. Daily increase the time of your workout by 2 or 3 minutes. It will improve your stamina.
- Eat often: Instead of eating heavy meal all at one time you should grab smaller meals more often. Eat after every 2 or 3 hours. If you give a very long gap between your meals your metabolism also become slow. So eat three healthy meals to increase your metabolism.
- Eat protein: Protein helps in building lean muscles of your body. Eat protein rich food like yougurt, cheese, chicken etc.
- Keep moving: Sitting for long hours at one place usually slow down your metabolism. So walk a little bit after every 1 hour.
- Take full sleep: When you don’t take full sleep your body system become stress and you also feel lazy all the time. A study has shown that the people who sleep for atleast 6 to 8 hours tends to reduce more weight in comparison of others who sleep less.
