10 steps towards bikini body


So you want the hot and sexy bikini body. I guess every woman want that type of body. Even I would also love to have the sexy, killer body. But of course it is not going to happen overnight. Stop eating all the processed food now: Yes baby! Now is the right time to stop eating all the packed food like chips, cupcakes. Also don’t eat frozen meal. It will make a huge difference in your body.


Early morning workout: Researches have shown that those people who workout early morning or before breakfast lose more weight that those who workout late. So set your alarm and get ready.


Cardio: High intense cardio for atleast 30 min is important to burn that extra fat. You should also do crunches for getting fab abs.


Sleep enough: If you are in the habit of sleeping late at night and waking up early then you are not doing any good to you. Lack of enough sleep will also make you fat because it slows down your metabolism and upset your body system.


Strength training: Strength training is important to lose weight. By doing strength training you will be able to work on all your muscles. Also lifting weight is as important to lose weight fast. It will tone up your body.


Yoga:Yoga and meditation are good for keeping yourself calm and also helps in reducing weight. It also makes your body flexible. Actually this is the best way to stay fit always.



Eat more protein: Since you are working out so protein is essential for body. If you want to burn fat quickly then include more protein in your food. It also helps you in fighting with carb food cravings.


Eat after every 2 hours: Instead of stuffing your stomach with all the food at one time, go easy and eat small meal after every two hours.


Get inspired: If you can’t stop yourself from eating that yummy ice cream on your freeze then do one thing. Place a picture of sexy figure hot model on your freeze. This will keep you motivated and you won’t felt the desire of eating that ice cream.



Water: Drink as much water as you can. It helps in losing weight and prevents your body from dehydration.
