Why I never skip breakfast and you shouldn’t also

Breakfast is the most important meal of our diet. Most people have this misconception that if they skip breakfast they will lose weight. Even I used to skip breakfast in the false hope of losing weight but I was so wrong.  Instead of losing fats I lose my muscles, my skin looked dull, my hairs lost their shine and what’s not. And you know what the worst part was that I gained weight. When you skip breakfast you tend to eat more later in the noon and you feels low on energy. People who skip breakfast gave silly excuses like lack of time, not feeling hungry, no time to make breakfast etc. I had faced the consequences of not eating breakfast so you my dear friends, don’t do this mistake. Here are the reasons why you should never skip breakfast.

It keeps you going throughout the day: When you wake up in the morning after a long gap of eating food, your blood sugar level is low. To keep it to the optimum level your body needs food. When you eat a healthy breakfast, you will more active and energetic. When I used to skip breakfast I had this problem of headache.

People who eat breakfast tend to lose weight faster: It has been observed that people who skip breakfast usually tend to eat more during lunch. And they mostly choose unhealthy junk food. This lead to weight gain.

It increases your metabolism: If you skip breakfast you will feel low on energy. A healthy breakfast helps in increasing metabolism. It provides you with the energy that helps you keep going.

Increase metabolism

You will perform better in your work: If you haven’t eaten your breakfast you will feel disturbed and irritated and will not be able to concatenate on your work. So if you want to perform better then go and have your breakfast.
