Being healthy and fit is the greatest achievement of your life. If you are healthy then your body feel great, your mind feel relax and you feel happy. For me healthy means your overall body should be healthy, your body, your mind and your heart. So today I am sharing fitness tips from experts for a healthier you. Read on.

Be active: You can’t be fit by sitting at one place all the time. You have to keep moving to be fit. When I was in school I was a fat child because I just kept sitting all the time and rarely moves my butts. But I changed this bad habit very soon. If you stay active you will feel good. Those who stay inactive usually suffer from bad mood, frustration, anger and obesity.

Eat for fuel:
Food is fuel your body and keeps you going. Eating right food is very important. So try to eat for the nourishment of your body not for pleasure. Eat protein rich food, seasonal fruits and vegetables.

Intense cardio: Those who are struggling to lose weight should do intense cardio. Cardio like running, skipping, and kickboxing provides great result. For better and faster results do intense cardio atleast 15 to 20 minutes. It is a much faster ways of burning calories.

 
Make healthy choices:
Are you choosing burger or biscuits instead of apple. Actually you are choosing to be fat by choosing these unhealthy options. Yes, one biscuit won’t make you fats but it does affect your body in long run. So learn to make healthy choices for your body.

Stop making excuses: If you are making excuses it is for your bad not for anybody else. Anybody can get the body they want. So you can chose you want to make it or not. If you choose to be healthy then it’s great.

Since now you have chosen to be healthy then for long term results try to be consistent in your workout.  Try to workout atleast 5 day a week.

Stop going “Fat Free”: So you think you are eating all the fats free food because that label has written ‘Fat free’, ‘Low fat’ or ‘no added fat’. No my dear you are making a big mistake here. Fat free actually means more sugar. So stop eating that fake fat free foods instead eat real food.

Eat often: Eat after every 2 hours instead of overeating at one time. Also eat small portions every 2 hours.
