This is really a frustrating situation when you are doing all your hard work to lose weight but not seeing a drop in weighing scale. Weight loss takes time, it won’t happen overnight. You have to be patience. Even if you are not seeing any change initially in weighing machine but you will definitely feel the change in your body. And ofcourse it will be a good change. It is ok to get frustrating but wait and you will see the change in weighing scale also.
Losing weight is all about you getting healthy and how you feel about yourself. Just keep going until you reach your goal and never give up. Try these things when you feel stuck at your weight loss:
Try new foods: Try and discover new healthy foods that can help you in losing weight. You can try new recipes also. It will divert your mind from keeping worrying about losing weight all the time. But don’t forget your goal that eventually you have to achieve.
Try to find out why you are stuck: Are you not doing everything that it takes to lose weight? Are you eating non healthy food? Are not you sleeping enough? Does something bothering you? Sit down and write on a sheet the answers of all Why’s. You will yourself find the answer.
You will reach your goal: Look, everybody has different body and different stamina level. So if your friend had lost 10 pounds in 1 month that really does not means you will also lose the same pounds in same time. So be patience and you will surely reach your goal.
Just keep going: Just keep working towards your goal with full determination and see the magic. Patience is the key for successful weight loss.
