Junk food: Junk and fatty food that are high in sugar leads to bloating. I can understand that you can’t give up entirely on junk food but atleast avoid eating it at night.
Eat fiber: Fiber helps in preventing bloating so eat atleast 25 gram of fiber daily.
Avoid spicy food especially at night: Spicy foods like chilli powder, tomato sauce, onions, garlic are known to cause gas, so avoid them eating at night.
Avoid chewing gum: When you chew gum, you swallow air along with it which causes bloating.
High acid beverages: You should never wake up to a coffee or tea as it causes bloating.
