We all know the importance of being fit and healthy but not everybody is dedicated enough to workout daily. Everybody has different ways of keeping themselves motivated. I imagine a big mirror in front of me and wonder if I am happy with the way I look in front of mirror. If my answer is no then I try hard to get the look I want to see in the mirror and if it is a yes then also I try to maintain that look.
I don’t workout to impress others, I do it to make myself happy. So if you are not happy with what you see in mirror then try hard to get what you want. Or you can just ignore the way you look in mirror and continue to live your life. But I think this is not a good idea to keep ignoring the things that have been bothering you. We should try to be a better person than yesterday not only in term of health but overall. So implement some changes in your life that will make you fit and healthy person.
While it is also important to love your body not matter what, because this is the place in which you have to live all your life. When you love your body then only you will be able to able make changes for a better you. Be honest with yourself and strive to make changes that give you the body you deserve. Although reflection in mirror is temporary as you can change your image in front of the mirror but really important is to make healthy changes for lifetime.
So now you tell me are you happy with what you see in mirror or not?
