You gotta eat if you really want to lose weight but what you eat and at what time is the point of concern.
If you weigh 80kgs on your weighing machine that does not mean you are fat because it could be possible that your lean body weight is more. Let me explain, your body is divided in to two parts one is lean body weight and other is fat body weight. Lean body weight is the weight of your bones and muscles and fat weight is the weight of your body fats. So if you do crash diet you lose your lean fat not actual fats.
Understand your body needs, don’t punish it by starving. Its ok to eat your favourite dish once in a while.
Don’t go for so called ‘Guaranteed weight loss programs’. Because they put you on a crash diet, give you pills and its completely worthless.
There is no magical trick that can make you slim. If anyone guarantees you of making you slim without exercise, be aware he is fooling you. The only trick is eating healthy food and workout.
Eat what you want but in right amount. I have seen people killing themselves for weight loss. Love your body, please don’t punish it. It needs food to keep going.
