Eat with calm mind: Eating with disturbed or upset mind will only make you fat. Because stress contains a substances named cortisol that makes you fat. And a calm mind prevents conversion of food in to fat.
Overeating: Are you overeating? If yes then you are doing wrong. You should know when to stop. People mostly eat more than their capacity and this lead to weight gain. Overeating of any food is bad, not just junk food. Instead of stuffing your stomach with food at one time, learn to eat less with giving atleast two hours of gap.
Fat free food: Are you eating all fats free or calorie free food thinking you won’t gain weight. If yes then this is the reason why you are not able to lose your weight. These fat free foods are actually not free of fats instead it contains extra sugar, sodium or other chemicals. So don’t make fool of yourself by eating this nonsense.
Only walking is not enough: If you are thinking that you are doing well enough for you by walking only for 15-20 minutes. No, if you badly want to lose weight then you need to indulge in high intensity workouts like running, skipping or cardio.
