Working people always has excuse that they don’t have time for any kind of workout. And the people who are on a sitting job tend to get fatter. One of the main reasons of obesity in working people is stress. People take stress due to work pressure and in order to deal with their stress or mood swings they eat more unhealthy food. But even with lack of time and so much work pressure you still can manage to stay fit.
Keep moving: Don’t sit at your workstation continuously for long hours. Get up every 1 hour, walk a little. And during lunch break, walk for atleast 10 minutes after done with your lunch.

Forget the elevator: Instead of using elevator at your office or in metro station, use stairs. You will stay fit if you use stairs.
Eat healthy breakfast: Always eat breakfast that contains healthy food like fruits, cornflakes, milk etc. If you skip breakfast you will feel tired and low on energy.
Walk: If you come home from office cab, get down 10 minutes before from your home and go by walking. This way you will stay fit.
Find a buddy: If you find it hard to workout alone, find a buddy to keeps you motivated.
Stretching: Stretch your arms and legs while sitting at your workstation.
Keep a water bottle with you: Make it a routine to drink at least two bottles of water every day.
Keep healthy snacks with you: It is obvious to feel hungry after every 2 to 3 hours. People mostly eat unhealthy food to fulfill their hunger. They just grab whatever was available in their canteen. Therefore it would be much better if you keep healthy snacks with you like almonds, fruits etc.
