Do you listen to your heart voice or your mind voice? Most of us listen and do what our heart or mind says. But have you ever tried listening to your stomach? The poor stomach sends you so many signal but you choose to ignore it. Our stomach feels neglected all the time. That is why it becomes difficult to lose weight even after doing workouts.
The biggest mistake we do is that we keep stuffing our stomach with the food even when it does not need it. It sends the hunger signal and also the signal that I am full, please don’t stuff me anymore. But who cares to listen it. We will eat when we have time, Right!! This is the way we all think. But sadly our stomach does not work this way. When we eat at wrong time the stomach stores all the food in the form of fats. Most of us don’t feel like eating in the morning and as the time pass by we start to stuff ourselves and this is just so bloody wrong.
The key to stay slim is to eat after every 2 hours. Yes, I am not kidding. I am not saying that stuff your stomach with food after every 2 hours. You need to eat less and frequently. Suppose you have eaten 2 chapatti in the morning then after 2 hours you can have yogurt or peanut. This way you will be able to burn calories fast. And timing of eating is most important. No food can makes you fat unless you have it at the wrong time.
When you wake up in the morning the metabolism rate of body is low and to keep it at optimum level, body needs food. And at that time what we gave to our body is very important. I know we all have very busy life and if we are in office, how could we manage to eat after every 2 hours? It is very well possible; you can keep peanuts, yogurt fruits at your desk. Most of us have a habit of not eating in the morning and then later in evening we feel very hungry and stuff ourselves with all kind of foods. This is so wrong. In the evening when our stomach in inactive mode we stuff it and all the food either got wasted or converted in to fats.
When we like the taste of food we can’t stop ourselves from eating even we are full. Our stomach sends all the signals that we need to stop now, but we just can’t. This is what we call overeating. Our stomach feels all the pain of overeating. Is it very difficult to listen what our stomach wants from us? Can’t we give it food only when its need it?
Trust me once you start listening to your stomach you will stay slim and fit.
