Four basic rules of staying fit naturally

Getting slim is not a rocket science if you follow some basic rules regularly. If you want to look slim always, you have to change your lifestyle a little bit. To get slim, it is not necessary that you have to join a gym and start dieting. I have seen people who want instant result and for that they try all type of diet plan, workouts. The end result is that they end up getting fatter, once get back to their normal routine. So instead of going for these stupid diet plans it is better to eat everything in limit and at right time. Here I am telling 4 simple rules of eating right and staying fit.


  1. Eat within 1 hour of waking up: Don’t ever wake up to tea or coffee. When we wake up our metabolism rate is high and cells demand nutrients. So it is very important to feed your body with proper real food not tea or coffee. Even if you don’t like eating in morning start with a fruit. But make sure you eat. If you really want to burn fat then follow this rule. There are many benefits of eating in the morning like metabolism rate increase, burn more fat, decrease bloating, and acidity.
  2. Eat frequently: Eat after every 2 hours. If you eat after every 2 hours the size of your meal will automatically become smaller and you will be able to burn more fats. Make it a routine even if you are in office to eat. Instead of eating a heavy meal at one time it is better to have smaller meals. If you starve yourself for longer time and then when you suddenly start feel hungry then you almost attack on food and end up eating more. This way your body store all the food in the form of fat and if you feed your body after every 2 hours, food will not store in the form of fat.
  3. Eat more when you are more active and less when you are less active: The main reason of getting fat is that we overload our body with food when it does not need it. No food is fattening unless you are eating it at wrong time. And the best way to stay slim is eat more when you are more active like doing physical activities and eat less when you are just sitting and not doing much activity. Don’t eat when you are not hungry but eating out of boredom.
  4. Eat atleast 2 hours before sleep: Make it a habit to eat atleast 2 to 3 hours before sleep because at night our body cells are less active so they don’t require much nutrition. So when you eat late all the food gets converted to fats. It also create digestion problem.
