- Healthy diet is the first and most important step in making your hair healthy and strong. Include green vegetables, fruits, nuts, sweet potatoes, eggs and spinach in your diet.
- Use shampoo and conditioner according to your hair types.
- Apply conditioner only on tips of your hair. Never put it on your scalp.
- Don’t comb on wet hairs. It will make your hair weak.
- Avoid excessive blow drying of your hairs. Let them dry naturally.
- Take proper sleep for healthy hairs.
- Brush you hair slowly and gently in all directions.
- Oil massages your hair atleast two times a week.
- Trim your hair after every 5-6 weeks to remove split ends.
- Hot water is not good for hair. So wash your hairs with warm water.
- For oily hairs it is best to wash them lemon juice or vinegar.
