For most people working and sweating out is a rocket science. Believe me it is not. It just takes a little effort and most importantly the willpower to do so. Once you have the willpower of making you healthy and fit then nothing can stop you. You know what the choice that you are making today in term of food, weather good or bad will have drastic impact on your health in the long run. Tell me do you want to spend your life in pain or suffering by making wrong choices or do you want to stay healthy all your life by making right choices. Of course second option is much better. But the god news is that you can start all over again by making below choices:
Water: It is not difficult, I guess to drink atleast 7 glass of water a day. Drinking water not only helps in preventing many diseases like cancer but it also helps in losing weight in the long run. It is also good for skin.
Go outside and have fun: Working people rarely have time to go outside and enjoy the beauty of nature. They just go office in their big cars and then back to home. What is the fun in that? Take time and go outside for half an hour atleast. If you fell bore going alone then go with your kids, partner or a friend. You will feel happy and relax. Fresh air is also important for your body so make it a routine of going outside.
Healthy eating: No I am not saying you to go on a diet but instead of grabbing a burger everytime why don’t pick an apple. As I told you before also it is important to make right choices in term of food. You must have heard this saying “What you eat is what you are”. So if you like those big paunches then eat all the junk food that you may have been eating uptill now. Or if you want to look healthy and fit then you really need to change your eating habits. Ok do one thing just write down what you are eating in a whole day then you will realize that what you are eating is good for you or not.
Exercise: Oh! This one you don’t want to do. Believe me once you get in the habit of working out daily, you will incomplete without it. Like when I start morning walk, initially I have been through some bad experience like pain in muscles, exhausted and all. But after 2 weeks I start enjoying it and feel great after doing it. I feel happy and relax after my morning workout. If you still think it is a difficult job and you don’t have the time to do it then start with just 15 minutes, 3 days a week. Go for walk with your friend you will definitely enjoy it. Exercise is as important for our health as eating right. So make your choices for a better you.
