No time is right for getting healthy! Just start now

Are you waiting for the perfect time to start working out? I have always see people making excuses like “I will start working out once I got free from my busy schedule or when I will  buy new gym clothes or when my kids grow up a little more’ and the list is endless. People have time for making excuses but not for doing a little workout. One of my close friend always told me that “Yaar I really want to lose my weight, I will start exercise once my fast will be over or I will start as soon as I will settle in my new job”. So what she is doing is just making excuses. I told her so many times to start now. But she turns a deaf ear always. If you really want to lose weight or want to get healthy then there is nothing that can stop you. Here are some tips on how to start now:

Decide your priorities: Sit down and make a list of your priority in life. Think if health is important to you or not. If it is on your priority list then you have to do something about it. And if it is not then nobody is going to force you for that.

Lack of time: If you already have “No time for exercise” excuse is ready then also you can start with 5 minutes of workout. After all some exercise is better than nothing. And people who workout also take time from their busy schedule because health is important for them. I don’t think taking 10-15 minutes from your busy life is that difficult and that too for your own health benefit.

Understand the importance of workout: Before starting any workout activity, read about the benefits of working out. Until and unless you won’t understand how important it is for you to exercise you will not start doing it. It will be a waste of time for you. Exercise is not meant for only fat people but for slim people also or you can say for everybody.

What exercise suits you: If you are thinking that running or skipping is not my cup of tea then you can start with a simple walk also. Exercise should not be forceful rather it should be a fun activity that you can enjoy. Choose any exercise that suits you.

It’s never too late: You can start and get back to your workout routine anytime.

What is stopping you: Ask yourself what are the things that are stopping you from starting a workout routine. Is it lack of time, fear of muscle pain, lack of motivation or whatever? Once you will find out the barrier between you and your health you will be able to resolve it quickly.
