Motivate yourself to get perfect shape

Few days back one of my close friend told me that she really need to lose weight but does not have the willpower to do so. She said she don’t know how to get motivated to start working out. I thought this is the common problem that all of us face. All of us want to get slim and look sexy but didn’t have the energy or time to workout. You have millions of excuses for not working out but can’t you find one single reason that keeps you motivate enough to workout. Don’t worry! There are millions of ways to stay motivated also; you just have to choose the one that work for you.

Me time: Take time for yourself. Don’t you love your body? If yes then take time to take care of your body. Your first priority should be YOU only. Do it for yourself. You will love yourself more when you get the desired body.


Imagination: Imagine yourself in a bikini or your old jeans. Think how you will look in to that when you get slim. This will you motivate you to work hard to get that figure.


Wanna look sexy: Everybody wants to look attractive and sexy and most of the people even buy expensive beauty products to look attractive. You can look much better just by working out daily. If you get slim you will be able to fit in to your favorite dresses and sexy clothes. You will feel more confident. Trust me it’s a big high. Use this as motivation.


Make a goal: Make a goal about how much you want to lose in a month or week. Don’t make an unrealistic goal. Start with zero, once you see the changes in your body, you will feel good.


Find a patner: Find a buddy with whom you can go on walk or workout. You can motivate each other. This is the best motivation. When you have someone who can support you and both have same goal then it became much easier to achieve that goal.



Read success stories: Read other people weight loss success stories. This will keep you going. I find them very inspiring.



Choose a fun activity: Exercise should not be boring instead it should be a fun activity so that you can enjoy and loss weight too. You can try running, walking, playing or any other physical activity. Don’t stick to only one workout otherwise you will get bore.


Imagine yourself naked: Yes! I am not kidding. Don’t you want to look hot and sexy naked. Or see the picture of models. You can also get that figure.


After exercise: I feel great after a good workout and stay active whole day. This keeps me motivated to workout hard next time.


Be the attraction: You have everything, a gorgeous face, shiny hairs but what is bothering you is that paunch of yours. Imagine how good you will look without you. This imagination will keep you motivate to workout.
