Buy a good pair of shoes: Running require no other equipment only shoes. So it is important to buy a good pair of shoes that suits your feet and in which you feel comfortable.



Start slowly: Start with 5 minutes and then gradually increase the pace. Don’t pressurize yourself. Take it easy and you will enjoy running.
