Eating less or starving make me slim: This is the biggest myth in people mind about weight loss. Eating less won’t make you slim, infact you may gain weight. When you skip meal, you actually end up eating more later and it also slow down your metabolism.
Water helps in reducing weight: Water is good for health as it keeps you hydrated and flushes out the toxin from your body. Also if you drink water before your meal, you will likely to eat less. But that does not mean by just drinking water you will lose weight.
Fat free food will not make me fat: Foods labelled as low fat or low calories are not actually fat free. They contain more artificial sugar and chemicals. You can gain weight because it contains high level of sugar.
Carbohydrate makes me fat: Carbohydrates are essential for our body. It does not make you fat. The myth is around from so many years because most of the foods that contains carbohydrates are also high in calories. Eating carbohydrates like whole grains, brown bread should be in right quantity won’t make you fat.
Cutting down on all calories helps in reducing weight: When you cut down on all the calories your body will goes in conservation mode and your body metabolism will slow down. Your body needs fats to burn fat. So cutting down on everything will only make you weak not slim.
