My top 5 reasons of staying in shape

People have different reasons for staying in shape like improving health, to look good, to get fit, and to impress someone etc. To stay in shape you have to exercise and it has many health benefits too. People who stay in shape are more confident and they have positive outlook towards life. I stay in shape because I have my own reasons.

I feel more confident: I felt more confidence when I workout or when I am in shape. Because when I am in shape I feel good about my looks. This is my topmost reason of staying fit.
