What to eat for healthy and lustrous hairs

No matter how much expensive products you put on your hairs, you still need a proper diet to make your hairs healthy and strong. You won’t get the shiny hairs only by using expensive shampoo and conditioner. Healthy diet also plays a very important role in hair growth and shine. If your body won’t get proper proteins and nutrients then your hair will lose all the shine. So if you want shiny and lustrous hairs then include following foods in your diet.



Eggs: Eggs are rich in vitamin B which is very essential for the growth of hairs. They also contain all the required nutrients like sodium, calcium, potassium which helps in making hair strong.

Fish: Fish is the best source of protein and it is also rich in omega 3 fatty acids which prevent hair loss.



Nuts: Cashew, almonds, walnuts all have great effect on hair. These nuts are good for your scalp health as they contain omega 3 fatty acids, zinc and iron.




Green tea: Green tea has many health benefits including hair also. It prevents hair fall and also consider very healthy for scalp. You should drink atleast 5-6 cup of green tea.



Green vegetables: Green vegetables are great source of vitamin A and c which is good for hair health.



Carrots: Carrot helps in maintaining the natural oil of the hair. So include this also in your diet.



Meat: Meat is high in protein which is required for the healthy hairs. Lack of protein cause hair loss so protein is must for hair.



Whole grains: Eat whole grain breakfast like cereals which are rich in iron and zinc. Whole grain foods are great for shiny hairs.
