Getting slim is not that hard if you make small changes in your day to day routine. You can stay slim and fit if you manage do to little changes. No hard diet, no intensity workouts, and just simple little things you need to do. Here are the tips:

No late night eating: If you are a night person and can’t resist yourself from eating that pastry in fridge then it is time to change this habit. Always eat fruit if you feel like eating at late night. And make sure you don’t eat anything 2 hours before sleep.

Find a fitness buddy: If you feel too lazy to go out in the morning for walk then find a fitness buddy. Working out with friend is fun and you both can motivate each other.

Turn on your favorite music and run: Running with listening to your favorite music is a great fun.  Try it, you will love it.

Watch out your portion: Do you fill your plate with your favorite food and then eat? See when our plate is full, we tend to eat all at one go. So if you are on weight loss, either don’t fill your plate fully or fill half of it with fruits.

Slim your snacks: I know, it is hard to control your 3 pm hunger when in office and nothing can stops you from bumping in to unhealthy snacks. So it’s better to have a healthy home-made snack.

Eat small meals: Instead of eating heavy meals eat smaller meals after every 3 hours. It helps in reducing weight.

Check if you really hungry: Sometimes we confuse craving with hunger and end up eating more than required. So before grabbing that piece of pastry, ask yourself "Am I really hungry?" and if your answer is no then satisfy your craving with some healthy food.


Add protein in your meal: Food rich in protein is considered as more satisfying as it keeps you full for longer. Including protein in your diet and regular exercise is the excellent way to keeps you fit.

Be physically active: It is not necessary to join a gym to lose weight. Just be physically active, go for walk and do any physical activity in which you are comfortable.
