Do you want to shed your extra pounds but didn't have the
right motivation to do so? So many people tried to lose weight but failed after
some time due to lack of motivation. Sometime you just need a little push to
work in the right direction. When I was fat my mother pushed me to lose weight and
I started going on walk but I didn't gave up on my bad eating habits. The real
motivation came when my classmates used to laugh on me and even my father taunt
about me being fat. I really felt bad and cried a lot. People don’t realize
that fat people also have heart and they also get hurt. So I thought I really
need to lose weight and shut these idiot people mouth and I did that. You know the
feeling is so awesome when those people who used to bark about you get jealous
to see how slim you become. So my dear friends if you don’t have the right
motivation to get started here are the tips for you. I hope these tips will
help you in giving the right motivation to start your journey towards weight
loss.
Think why you want to lose weight: When I started my first
step I ask this question to myself, why I really want to lose weight. My answer
was because I want to look good. You ask yourself the same question. Do you
want to impress your crush, Do you want to look sexy, Do you want to feel more
confident about your body or do you want it just for yourself. When you figured
out why you really want to do it then nothing can stop you.
Read weight loss success stories and then create your own: I
find success stories very inspiring. There are so many people who have been
through the same phase in which you are now and come out successfully. Read what magical they have done to get what they wanted.
What will happen if you lose weight: Imagine what good
things will happen if you lose weight. Write down on a paper like…If I lose
weight I will be able to fit in my old jeans, If I lose weight people will
compliment me, I will be more confident, nobody will laugh on me now, My
husband will be happy to see me slim, I will be able to eat anything without
worrying, I will inspire other to lose weight and so on.
Do you want to look good naked: This is every girl secret
dream. Don’t be shy, I know it is. You want to look good naked because of
yourself not for anybody else. And it is an amazing feel when you see your flat
tummy in mirror. So just imagine yourself like that and you will feel
motivated.
Nothing can stop you from losing weight if you really want
to: Write down what is actually stopping you from losing weight. Is it lack of
time, lack of energy? Whatever it is just sort it out. Lack of time can’t be
your excuse if you have time to watch tv, to go to parlour and gossiping then
you can take time for workout also.
